Infos von der Seite von Certiport (Stand Juli 2009)
Microsoft Master Instructor

MMI and MCASI Programs to become part of the Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) program
Beginning June 30, 2009, Certiport will no longer accept applications for the Microsoft Master Instructor (MMI) or the Microsoft Certified Application Specialist Instructor (MCASI) programs. All recipients of this prestigious credential retain the power of this impressive recognition. Certiport and Microsoft are excited to extend the full benefits of the MCT program to Microsoft Master Instructors and Microsoft Certified Application Specialist Instructors.
Through the MCT program, instructors have the opportunity to join a worldwide community of Microsoft Certified Trainers—one that has grown rapidly in both the business-to-business and academic markets. And, they have access to helpful tools, including newsletters, newsgroups and Microsoft's library of learning products. For more information, visit the Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) program page.
As a Microsoft Office Specialist Master Instructor you are authorized by Microsoft to train individuals how to use the most widely used desktop applications in the world. Along with this privilege comes the responsibility to excel in your profession, so your students have the expertise necessary to pass their certifications. This portal will provide you with the tools to ensure your success and that of your students.
Once you have received your first Instructor certification, you may apply for additional certifications. You can monitor the status of your current certifications as well as any that you have applied for in the section below.
In addition, you may participate in the MOS Master Instructor directory. The directory allows you to maintain your own contact information. You have the option of having only your name, state/providence, and country listed, or you may add additional contact information. By opting into this feature, you will need to agree to the privacy policy that is located in the Directory Profile. Note: the new system will not automatically populate your contact information. To access the Directory Profile, click Access Instructor Directory Profile in the box below.
